I strive to bring a compassionate and empathetic energy to my therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without judgement.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and rooted in the belief that every individual holds resilience and the capacity to grow. I aim at providing an environment that is collaborative where clients inner strengths, build confidence, and move towards meaningful change.
I provide a calm, welcoming space designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. My office offers a quiet, comfortable environment where clients of all ages can feel safe, supported, and heard.
I work best with clients of all ages who are ready to better understand their thoughts and emotions, while also wanting a space where they are supported. I also work with clients who have started a new chapter in their life (starting college, new job, gaining independence, other major life changes) and looking for support in managing emotions related to these new experiences.
