I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and respected. I take a collaborative approach and tailor sessions to your individual needs and goals. While sessions are relaxed and conversational, I also incorporate practical tools and strategies to help you manage emotions, navigate challenges, and build coping skills. I work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, while gently supporting growth when it feels helpful.
I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported, understood, and safe. I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach and work alongside you to identify goals and build insight at a pace that feels right for you.
I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and somatic approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and body responses while also building practical tools for everyday life.
My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered, supported, and able to move forward with confidence.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to provide flexibility based on your needs and preferences. I aim to create a space that feels relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Whether we meet in person or virtually, I focus on creating an environment where you can show up as you are without judgment and feel supported throughout the process.
