Clients can expect to experience unconditional positive regard as we build a strong therapeutic alliance throughout the therapy process. My office is a non-judgemental space in which you can share your troubles/worries openly as we process thoughts/feelings surrounding your circumstances. Lastly, there might be times in which I request that you do (homework) outside of session so that I can better understand the lens in which you see the world.
I integrate several techniques into my care to help clients deepen self-awareness, process past experiences, and stay grounded in the present moment. I help clients explore underlying patterns while offering genuine support and understanding. I often utilize approaches such as psychoanalysis, humanism, and gestalt, as well as sand-tray work.
I provide an inviting and calm atmostphere, where clients can feel at ease.
I work best with children, teens, and adults. I also work with couples and families.
